A Christmas Story (1983)
This coming-of-age tale for a little boy named Ralphie Parker (played by Peter Billingsley) who had to learn that you can’t always get what you want. In the film, he was desperate to own a powerful Red Ryder Range 200 Shot BB gun as a gift for the holidays. But with his mother’s stern look, he pushes himself to convince other people—including his teacher and Santa Claus. He even fantasizes how he would look like as Red Ryder, who catches the bad guys. But just like every other kid during Christmas, he received lots of presents but the BB gun that he adores.

How The Grinch Stole Christmas (2000)
You know you’re in for a really good movie when Jim Carrey appears on the screen and for this one, he definitely did not disappoint the viewers with his performance as the famous green-furred creature. Based on Dr. Seuss’ book How The Grinch Stole Christmas, the Grinch with his enormous despisal for Christmas has planned out to ruin the holiday season for the Whos in the Whoville by stealing gifts and decorations. He then realized the true essence of Christmas and joined the Whos for a festive dinner. Fun fact, his heart grew three sizes up that day!

The Princess Switch (2018)
A movie that will definitely leave you on the edge of your seat, this Netflix original romantic comedy film is a must-watch for the holiday season. Stacey, who Vanessa Hudgens plays, is a Chicago baker who was invited to join a baking competition in Belgravia when she ran into her exact double, Duchess Margaret who Hudgens also plays. With the initial plan of the duchess to marry Belgravia’s Prince Edward, she seizes the opportunity to switch roles with Stacey which brought so much anticipation in every scene of the film.
